In today’s world, technology has captured many aspects of human life. Of its enormous influence on our training and professional development to more subtle presence of small gadgets littering our homes, technology is everywhere.

Such a characteristic is of great interest to many scientists, the apparent demand of barriers to technology diffusion. It easily penetrates societies and even in remote communities, and once it reaches its destination and starts, it is apparently difficult to stop its spread. Because of these characteristics, consumer technology such as mobile phones, PCs, PDAs, broadcasting and TV have become commonplace in places like Africa, even with all the obstacles that must be considered.
